Hot and Cheesy Spinach Artichoke Dip


I love eating this hot cheesy dip at restaurants, so I decided to whip up a batch myself for the family around Mother's Day. Yum! We all devoured it right out of the oven and even our toddler dug right in with compliments of "Yummy dip dip!". That's what I call a success!

Hot and Cheesy Spinach Artichoke Dip
Serves 8-10

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
1 cup grated mozzarella and provolone cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1 (14 ounce) can marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese


1. combine all ingredients except parmesean cheese and mix well to combine
2. spoon into a greased baking dish and sprinkle parmesean cheese accross the top
3. bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes or until melted and bubbly
4. serve hot with tortilla chips, pita chips, or small slices of toasted sourdough baguette
