BBQ Chicken Wraps

With the temperature in the 100's this week I wanted something cool and easy for dinner. I love eating the BBQ chicken wraps at Red Robin, so I decided to try my own version at home and we liked them even more than the original! Crammed full of BBQ chicken, cheese, crispy fried onions, and avocado, these are sure to satisfy!

BBQ Chicken Wraps
Makes 4 wraps

1 large Chicken breast, cooked and cut into thin strips
1 cup finely shredded cheese (I used a Mexican blend)
1 cup shredded Lettuce
4 large tortillas
1/2 of an avocado, cut into thin slices
French's crispy fried onions
BBQ Sauce
Ranch dressing
Sour cream

1. toss the chicken breast strips in BBQ sauce
2. divide the chicken, cheese, lettuce, and avocado between the four large tortillas
3. sprinkle some of the crispy onions on top of each one and dot with sour cream
4. roll up tortillas, burrito style, cut in half for easier eating and serve with extra BBQ sauce or ranch to dip!
