Pesto Baked Tilapia


I love pesto and preparing the fish like this really brought out the flavor without overwhelming the taste of the fish itself! The other thing I love about this recipe is that I can prepare it in less than 5 minutes before tossing it in the oven!

Pesto Baked Tilapia
Serves 4

4 Tilapia fillets
5 tablespoons pesto sauce

1. place Tilapia fillets in a foil lined baking dish
2. spread each fillet, front and back, with a spoonful of pesto sauce
3. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes until fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork
4. serve with a little more pesto on top if desired and enjoy immediately!
