Nutella Brownie Bites

I found this recipe on a blog I like and had to try it immediately. Seriously, I went into the kitchen and mixed it up RIGHT after I read it. The original recipe had crushed hazelnuts on top but I left them off since I didn't have any and I didn't miss them! These were super simple and dangerously addicting hot out of the oven!

Nutella Brownie BitesMakes 24 Brownie Bites

1 cup Nutella spread
2 large eggs
10 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a mini muffin tin or fill with liners
2. Put the Nutella and eggs in a medium bowl and whisk until smooth and well blended. Add the flour and whisk until blended.
3. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tins (about 3/4 full)
4. Bake until a pick comes out with wet, gooey crumbs, about 11 minutes. Set on a rack to cool completely. Serve immediately or cover and store at room temperature for up to 3 days.
