Nutella Stuffed Croissants

I used premade croissant dough to whip up these delicious treats in seconds for an impromptu breakfast date with my lovely cousin. Brushed with an egg wash, these get deliciously crisp and beautifully golden outside, while the inside is warm and fluffy with an amazing gooey Nutella center. A decadent treat for breakfast or dessert!

Nutella Stuffed Croissants
Makes 8

1 (8 ounce) can premade croissants (I used Pillsbury crescents)
1 egg

1.  Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Unroll dough and separate into 8 triangles.
3. Place a teaspoon of Nutella in the center of each triangle and roll up, starting the the wide end.
4. Repeat the process for the remaining dough triangles and arrange on a ungreased baking sheet.
5. Whisk the egg in a small bowl and brush egg wash over the tops of each roll.
6. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes, or until golden brown, and serve warm.
