Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
1/4 cup honey
2/3 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
1 small banana, sliced and frozen
2 cups pumpkin puree
1 cup milk (regular, almond, or soy)
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup ice cubes
1. In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Add more milk if needed to reach your desired texture/ thickness.
2. Top with a dollop of whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon and enjoy!
