This healthy, low-fat, protein-packed dip makes an ideal summer snack, a perfect party app, or a great alternative to your toddlers beloved PB& J sandwich! Peanut butter is whipped with yogurt, honey, and a dash of cinnamon to create a creamy and delicious dip for fresh fruit and graham crackers!
Peanut Butter-Yogurt Dip
Makes about 2 cups
1 1/2 cups plain yogurt (I used Greek)
1/2 cup peanut butter, softened
3 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients and beat with whisk until fluffy and well incorporated!
2. Serve immediately with fruit and crackers for dipping, or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 2 days!
