No- Bake Cookies and Cream Oreo Squares

I saw the recipe for these No-Bake Cookies and Cream Oreo Squares from Picky Palate and thought they would be such a fun, quick, and easy treat to make with the kids this week- no oven necessary! Part rice krispy treat, part brownie, and part cookie, they're one hundred percent delicious and full of chewy, marshmallow-y, cookies and cream flavor!

No- Bake Cookies and Cream Oreo Squares
Makes 16

1 package Oreo cookies (I used double stuffed)
5 cups of marshmallows
4 tablespoons butter

1. Line a 8x8 square baking dish with foil and grease lightly.
2. Put Oreo cookies into a food processor and pulse until ground into large crumbs.
3. In a microwaveable bowl, melt butter and marshmallows (about 1 1/2- 2 minutes) until gooey.
4. Add ground Oreo cookies to marshmallow/butter mixture and stir until combined, then spoon into prepared dish and pat down evenly with greased hands.
5. Allow to sit until cool and firm, about 15 minutes, then cut into 2 inch squares, and enjoy!
