Slow-Cooker Tomatillo Chicken Verde
1 large jar (16 ounces) Salsa Verde (Tomatillo Salsa)
1 can (12 ounces) of chicken broth
4 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (frozen is fine!)
1. Place frozen or thawed chicken breasts in the crockpot and pour salsa and chicken broth on top.
2. Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
3. Shred chicken and enjoy!
