Spinach Berry Smoothies


This smoothie is a delicious way to get extra fruits and veggies in your diet! Packed with vitamins and antioxidants from all the fruit, iron from the spinach, and protein from the yogurt, you can't go wrong enjoying one of these cold creamy smoothies as a snack or a completely healthy meal!

Spinach Berry Smoothies
Serves 2-4

2 cups fresh baby spinach, packed
1 banana, sliced and frozen
1 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1 1/2 cups Greek or soy yogurt
1/2 cup soy milk or orange juice

1. In a large blender, combine all ingredients.
2. Pulse several times to chop roughly, then blend until smooth and enjoy!
(Tip: If you have extra smoothie, freeze it in an ice cube tray for later!)
