White Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Cocoa

My 3 and 5 year old daughters love to have tea parties with me. Sipping peppermint tea or hot chocolate out of tiny glass teacups and munching on homemade graham crackers, we talk about life and giggle together. Because they love all things pumpkin, I decided to make a pumpkin version of our favorite white chocolate cocoa. It was delicious! The light, creamy flavor of the white chocolate cocoa really allows the pumpkin spice flavor to shine through. This really is the perfect drink for Fall!

White Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Cocoa
Serves 2

2 cups milk
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (make your own here!)
6 tablespoons powdered white chocolate cocoa mix

1. In a small saucepan, combine milk, pumpkin, and spices and bring to a simmer.
2. Remove from heat and whisk in powdered cocoa until completely dissolved.
3. Serve hot, topped with whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon!
